No. Store Maintenance is sold on its own. Many stores use it to keep a recent fix healthy, but it does not require one.
What counts as a micro-fix?
Small, contained changes: a broken tag, a layout glitch, an app conflict, a quick speed tweak. Larger projects are scoped separately as a Sprint.
Can I cancel anytime?
