I'm Jenn.

I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, then moved abroad to study and work-living in California, Salamanca, Barcelona, New York City, and now Sydney, Australia. I'm fluent in English and Spanish. My background spans fashion, tech, hospitality, and eCommerce-from social media and marketplaces to project work and running my own company.

None of this was planned. All of it was useful.

I've built a sustainable fashion business from scratch and handled the full stack: sourcing, production, operations, marketing, finances, and customer service. That experience taught me how to make real-world decisions, solve problems fast, and build systems that hold up when things get messy.

In tech, I joined an early-stage startup and quickly expanded beyond my original role. I took on customer support, logistics, website work, marketplace operations, analytics, product feeds, and CRO-whatever was blocking progress. I didn't come from a traditional tech path. I learned by getting close to the problems until I understood them well enough to fix them.

That's how I work: I go deep, find what's actually breaking, and put structure in place so it stays fixed.
